The B1 Network brings together B Corps who are also 1% for the Planet members, creating a community where they can connect, collaborate, and grow. Together, they advance social, racial, and climate justice while supporting nonprofit partners in building a more regenerative world.

These members want clearer messaging about the B1 Network, more visible marketing support, and structured opportunities to connect and work together.

Hyphen’s goal was to create a clear, cohesive brand and strategic marketing plan that reflected the B1 community’s purpose and aligned with B Lab and 1% For The Planet.

We surveyed members and tailored our marketing efforts to audience needs, ensuring high-impact outcomes and positioning the B1 community to grow with clarity, confidence, and lasting impact.

Responsibilities

  • B1 Brand Development: Logo, typography, avatars, headers, and email signatures
  • Messaging Framework: Value proposition development
  • Template Design: Social media templates, presentations, and one-pagers

Goals

  1. Create a clear and cohesive visual and messaging framework that reflects the community’s purpose and values.
  2. Develop a marketing plan tailored to audience needs instead of relying on one-off campaigns.
