Prior to joining Hyphen, Tamar (Tam) led project management in the non-profit, entertainment and finance industries with a specialization in organization of large events.

Karsten has nearly 20 years of copywriting and content development experience. He is adept at capturing a client’s unique voice and translating complex information into engaging communications to connect with audiences in strategic, creative and professional ways.
With a background in international business, Karsten has written and edited content for major players in finance (Citi Private Bank), professional services (KPMG), petrochemicals research (IHS Markit) and medical research (National Medical Research Council Singapore), as well as numerous organizations in sectors such as government, fintech, manufacturing and international education.
With more than 15 years of experience building applications and websites as well as a master’s degree in architecture, Nikola leads all website development strategy at Hyphen. His primary focus is WordPress, but he boasts strong abilities in PHP, Laravel, Symfony, CakePHP, VueJS, Angularjs, Knockoutjs, Drupal and more.
He has worked on many high-profile projects for clients like Sonopath, HypeStudio and Algenist.

Nat’s passion for learning and sharing her knowledge has led her lecturing on Content Marketing Strategy to post-graduate students at Humber College and on Professional Media Sales to fourth-year undergrads at University of Guelph-Humber.
