Richard leads the creative and information architecture strategy at Hyphen. He has almost 20 years' experience developing digital initiatives and supporting national marketing programs for Fortune 500 brands, including Huggies, Kraft, Esso and Benjamin Moore. Richard's value lies in ensuring that our clients communicate quickly and effectively with strong, long-lasting creative.
Combining strong technical expertise with a creative design sense, he has developed and launched close to 100 websites for organizations of all sizes – from Wind Mobile and National Homes to Toronto’s Mirvish Village and SickKids’ Breakfast of Champions
Ding joined Hyphen as a digital graphic designer intern and quickly became part of the team on a full-time basis in 2017 after graduating from Humber College, following her undergrad degree in interior design.
She has a natural appreciation of user interaction and attention to detail that’s perfectly aligned with her digital and brand design experience. Ding works closely with Richard to finalize designs and complete quality assurance.
Nikola is a full stack web developer with more than 14 years of experience building websites and applications, as well as a master’s degree in architecture. His primary focus is WordPress, but he boasts strong abilities in PHP, Laravel, Symfony, CakePHP, VueJS, Angularjs, Knockoutjs, Drupal and more. He has worked on many high-profile projects for clients like Sonopath, HypeStudio and Algenist.

Nat is a natural communicator and marketer whose 13-year career in the financial and media industries led to her ultimate professional interest in value-driven marketing for Hyphen's clients.
In 2008, she helped launch corporate communications for Raymond James Financial Planning Ltd. as the markets were crashing, guiding the firm profitably through this difficult period. In a subsequent role as a corporate communications and IR consultant, Nat helped over a dozen companies list on the TSX or TSX SmallCap.
Today, Nat concentrates on defining possibilities for our partner-clients and ensuring Hyphen helps to meet their business objectives.
Drawing on his educational background in commerce and 13 years of international business experience, Karsten helps our clients communicate with their audiences in creative and professional ways through websites, annual reports, corporate newsletters, industry analyst reports and articles.
For over a decade, Karsten has written and edited content for major players in finance (Citi Private Bank), professional services (KPMG), petrochemicals research (IHS), medical research (National Medical Research Council Singapore) and publishing (John Wiley & Sons), as well as numerous government agencies, fintech, construction materials and international education.
In 2009 and 2010, Karsten’s ability to capture a client’s unique voice and personality was put to the test when he completed website copywriting for 50 Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express properties across China and Southeast Asia.
Tamar has experience in project management and event planning in the non-profit, entertainment and finance industries. At Hyphen, she maintains an integrated and all-encompassing client project process with ease.
Since a young age, Tamar has been passionate about films and now annually hosts Oscar parties.
